GFTEAM OPEN SCOTLAND 3rd May 2015

We are pleased to announce the next edition of GFTEAM SCOTLAND OPEN. 

This event is open to all teams and it's a good opportunity to test your skills as preparation for the biggest Bjj competitions accross europe.

Male and Female classes: 

Gi Belt divisions: White, Blue, Purple and Brown/Black

Age classes: 

Mix Kids (6-8 yrs / 9-12 yrs)

Mix Cadets (13-15 yrs)

Juvenile (16-17 yrs)

Adult (18-29 yrs)

Masters (above 30 yrs)

Weight Classes (weight in with gi):

Male

-65kg / -75kg / -85kg / -95kg / +95kg / Absolute lightweight -80kg / Absolute heavyweight +80kg

Female

-55kg -65kg -70kg +70kg and Open Class

Mix Juvenile

-65kg and +65kg

Mix Kids and Mix Cadets

Kids and cadets divisions will be arranged by category according to their age and weights.


Time for all of the fights: Mix Kids and Mix Cadets (4 min.), Juvenile (5 min.) Adults and Masters (6 min.)

Rules: under IBJJF (www.ibjjf.com)

Weigh-in for everyone: right before call each fight.

Competition starts at 9am - Order of the fights: Kids, cadets and Juvenile divisions will start first and then adults and master divisions from the lower to higher belts, and lower to higher weights.

Medals for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and trophies for absolute winners.

COSTS - DIVISIONS:

£20 for each division

Registration ends 1st of MAY (Friday) - NO REGISTRATION POSSIBLE ON THE EVENT DAY.

COSTS - ABSOLUTE CLASSES (adults and masters only):

Pre-booking ONLY!

£10 absolute

NOTE: To sign up for the absolute classes, you MUST also pre-book for the weight-classes.

Cash Prize (consisting of all entry fees paid for the absolute division) will be awarded to the winner of the absolute!
